Aerobús - comfortable airport shuttle

The bus service connects the airport to the center of Barcelona

The Aerobús is a shuttle that connects terminals T1 and T2 of Barcelona airport with the city centre. The buses run 365 days a year with a very short waiting time, usually five minutes. So you do not have to worry about timetables.

Aerobús Stops at the airport

In T1, the station is located in the basement. Just follow the signs. On your way from the arrival hall to the bus stop you go past the tourist info, where you can collect your pre-booked Barcelona Card. The issuing office is located next to the entrance to the airport chapel beneath the escalator that leads into the basement of the terminal. The A1 Aerobús line starts From the T1 terminal.

At the T2 terminal, you have two stops that are served by the A2 line. The first is located at T2B, T2A is located at the back. The second is located outside the T2C terminal. You can get to both stops when you go directly from the arrivals hall to the exit. In T2B you come here directly past the tourist info, where your pre-booked Barcelona Card awaits. With this you have, amongst other features, free ride on the train and the 46 bus from the airport to the city centre.

Luggage in Aerobús

You can take your luggage onto the bus. In the centre there are generous storage facilities. The luggage is included in the fare.

Driving distance to city centre and stops

On the drive there are several stops where you can change to the metro, FGC and Renfe. Both lines stop on their way to the city centre at Plaça Espanya, Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes / Urgell, Plaça Universitat and the terminus Plaça Catalunya. In the reverse direction, the buses leave from the Placa Catalunya and you can get on at the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes / Urgell and Plaça Espanya stations. In this direction the buses do not stop at Plaça Universitat.

You can buy tickets at vending machines in front of the bus stop (in cash or by credit card) or from the bus driver (cash). The Barcelona Card does not apply in Aerobús.
