Cook the typical Spanish and Catalan dishes - a real treat

Like no other cuisine, the Spanish-Catalan is a special part of the way of life. Eating here is not only for nourishment, but also always a part of social life. Whenever possible, people meet up to eat with family, work colleagues or friends.

Barceloa hosts many immigrants from Eastern Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. In addition to the classic dishes, you will also find a fusion of the most diverse cuisines everywhere. In many restaurants you can experience the culinary delights yourself.

During the courses you will get to know the classics such as paella and tapas. But the chefs will also show you how the different tastes of the world have influenced the Catalan cuisine.
