The Barcelona Card offers you many free and discounted entries to attractions and free use of public transportation.
With the Barcelona Card, you can directly enter many of the included attractions without waiting in line. At other attractions, you can get your ticket at a special counter or the ticket office. There, you present the Barcelona Card and receive your ticket for entry, either free or at a discounted rate depending on the attraction.
Its very simple and straightforward; the accompanying booklet with the Barcelona Card describes this for each attraction.
Barcelona has implemented strict water management measures. To save water, the Font Màgica is currently not in operation. Unfortunately, we cannot say when the city administration will lift these conservation measures. For more information, please visit our website about the Magic Fountains.

If you plan to visit Barcelona without a detailed itinerary, a good tip is to spend the first one or two days getting an overview with the hop-on hop-off bus and then visit specific attractions, for example with the Barcelona Card or a multi-day public transport ticket.
