The Candela Raval restaurant offers breakfast, a lunch menu and the bar is open until midnight. Every day the kitchen presents fresh, homemade and unpretentious dishes with a touch of the South.
The Candela Raval Expos offer a non-commercial space within the Candela Raval restaurant-bar. Candela supports projects of artists and exhibitions in the Raval district. Since July 2004, this commitment has been coordinated by the graphic designer Gabriel Espí.
The Candela Raval restaurant and bar, which re-opened in 2011, is located in the heart of the Raval district, at the Plaça Salvador Seguí 13 - where Keith Haring created his anti-AIDS mural in 1989 and where the new Filmoteca de Catalunya is located.
The exhibition rooms are one unit with the restaurant and bar. The artists and guests can come together and talk about the various projects.
