Chef Albert Raurich offers in the Dos Palillos (Two floors) a little bit completely special: a fusion of Asian cuisine with the Spanish Tapa culture. The cooks prepare food in the midst of the guests. At the bar which is arranged u-shaped around the kitchen you can observe how your dish is prepared.
Rauchich has worked in the restaurant elBulli from 1997 to 2007, at last as a chef. Adrià Ferran has helped in the creation. The restaurant Dos Palillos is awarded with a Michelin star.
The restaurant exists of two rooms: in the Asian bar for the degustations menues and at noon it is possible here also do dine a la carte. Of the bar Tapa it is more informally and here you can eat a la carte. There are tables only on the patio, in internal only the bars.
A prereservation is necessary. There are fixed times: 19.30, 20.00, 22.15 and 22.45. For group a reservation with agreed menu is possible.
